I understand what you’re going through as a business owner.  You have a lot to think about – marketing, sales, financials, administration. It’s no wonder we often lose clarity and focus of the big picture.

But I’ll bet you’re here because you want to change that – you want to shift your attention to priorities that will push your business growth.

I can help you do just that, and to get the best ROI from this partnership, you should consider the following:

1.  Be clear on what you want to accomplish.

Your goals can evolve as we work together, but it’s important to have clear expectations so that our conversations – and more importantly, your actions are guided in the right direction. 

2.  Challenge your comfort zone.

I will always respect your professional sensibility – but a key part of my role is to hold you accountable to your commitments, and that could mean keeping you on your toes and nudging you beyond your current level of comfort.

3.  Be prepared to do the work!

We’re going to have effective conversations, but at the end of the day, only you can take action and make it happen.

Here’s how to get started

The coaching groups run for a period of 6 months, beginning in September. We meet online via video group call, bi-weekly for 90 minutes – and with a maximum of 6 participants in each group, you will have dedicated time to discuss your goals, accomplishments, fears and strategies, and work together to develop action plans to keep you motivated as you accelerate your business.

I’m right next to you on the journey, which means I’m responsible to the group for providing you with a professional, non-judgmental and confidential environment. What’s said in the group, stays in the group.  For ongoing, daily support you will have access to our private Facebook group, where participating entrepreneurs are encouraged to ask questions, share challenges and successes. In our community, it’s almost guaranteed there will be someone else who’s going through something similar to you, and would be happy to share their experience, as well as learn from you – and I’ll be there to support you between our calls.
